GRAは、支援法人です。
1991年の設立から25年以上、ライダーへの支援を続けています。

レッスンやセミナーを開催して、ライディング技術向上の機会や知識を届けています。また、質問を受ければ、詳しい回答を届けて疑問の解消の手助けをしています。さらに、イベントの出張開催の要請にも応える等、『いつまでも、楽しく、安全な オートバイライフの実現』を目指した支援を行なっています。

GRA is here to support riders.
Since our founding in 1991, we’ve spent more than 25 years helping riders grow.
Through lessons and seminars, we share skills and knowledge that make riding safer and more enjoyable. We also answer technical questions in detail and host on‑site events whenever requested — all to make riding fun, safe, and enjoy a motorcicling life for years to come.

GRAは、支援で支えられています。
運営スタッフは常に最小限ですが、支援のお陰で大きく活動しています。

運営専属スタッフを配置せず100名を超えるイベントの開催や、沖縄から北海道までの全国各地で年間 40回を超えるイベント開催が出来たのは支援のお陰です。また、経理の管理や機材の保管管理、タイム集計用システムの作成やNPO法人化が実現したのも、公式Webサイトや集計データ、動画などもすべて支援のお陰です。

GRA is powered by support.
Our team is minimal, but the support we receive makes big things possible.
Thanks to that support, we’ve hosted events with over 100 participants and held more than 40 events a year across Japan — from Okinawa to Hokkaido. Even our accounting, equipment management, timing systems, NPO certification, website, and video content exist because of the help we’ve received.

課題は、ライダーの意識 / It's about Rider Awareness

オートバイを、いつまでも安全に楽しむ為には、運転技術や車両整備だけではだめです。“ライダーの意識”が最も大切だと私達は考えて、取り組んでいます。

To enjoy motorcycle riding safely for years to come, we need more than just driving technique and vehicle maintenance. We believe that rider awareness is the most important factor, and we are working to achieve this.

課題と苦悩 / Challenges and Struggles

いつも、今後の記事規格やイベント活動企画などの検討を進めながら、公式Webサイトの更新を始めとする活動を行なっていますが、運営の【 課題と苦悩 】についても採り上げていきたいと考えています。

We're constantly working on updating our official website and other activities, while also considering future article standards and event planning. We also wanted to address the challenges and struggles we face.

「課題と苦悩」と言うと、少し大袈裟に聞こえるかも知れませんが、1991年に活動を始めてから様々な課題に直面しつつ、一つひとつ解決しながら進めて来ましたが、どうしても解決が難しい「課題」もあります。それは、資金でも、目標設定でも、イベント開催会場でも、支援でもなく、「ライダーの意識」の問題です。それが、長年、取り組んでいる大きな「課題」であり、苦悩し続けている点です。

While "challenges and struggles" may sound a bit of an exaggeration, since we began our activities in 1991, we've faced and overcome various challenges one by one. However, some challenges remain unresolved. These challenges aren't funding, goal setting, event venues, or support; they're rider awareness. This is a major challenge we've been working on for many years, and one that continues to plague us.

「オートバイを走らせるだけなのに、苦悩？」と思う人も少なくないでしょうが、GRA が活動目標として掲げて追及している事の中では、「人の心」が大きな要素であり、それこそが オートバイが社会の中で広く受け入れられるのに欠かせないと考えているのです。

Many may wonder, "Why are there so many struggles when all we do is ride motorcycles?" However, "people's hearts" are a major element of GRA's mission and pursuit, and we believe they are essential for motorcycles to be widely accepted in society.

具体的なプランは、今後、煮詰めていく予定ですが、機会がある旅に、この「課題」に触れた内容の記事を掲載しながら少しずつ進んでいきますので、理解と賛同の輪が少しでも広がる事を期待しています。

We plan to continue to refine our specific plans in the future, but we will be moving forward little by little by publishing articles that touch on these "challenges" when we have the opportunity to travel, and we hope that this will help to expand the circle of understanding and support, even if only a little.

Threads と Ameba へ / To Threads and Ameba

GRAの公式Webサイト と GRAの発信を世界の多くの人へ届ける為に、Threads と Ameba への展開を始めます。

To deliver GRA's official website and communications to a wider global audience, we are launching our presence on Threads and Ameba.

Threads は、ご存知の通り、Instagram を展開している Meta社 が、X（旧Twitter）に対抗して始めているSNS で、Amebaは 国内のブログサイトとしては圧倒的に多数の利用者数を持つサービスですから、更に多くの人への発信に役立つと確信しています。また、Threads は X と同様に 海外へ向けての英語発信で効果を挙げると期待しています。

As you may know, Threads is a new social networking service launched by Meta, the company behind Instagram, to compete with X (formerly Twitter). Ameba is Japan's overwhelmingly most popular blog site, so we are confident it will help us reach even more people. Furthermore, we expect Threads, like X, to be effective for English-language outreach to international audiences.

AI時代をリードします / Leading the AI Era

タイトルで「AI 時代をリード」と書きましたが、誤解しないで下さい。決して、最先端の AI 技術を生み出したり、それを駆使するつもりはありません。GRAが、AI によって価値を高められる時代になった事を喜んでいるのです。

Please do not misunderstand me when I write “leading the AI era” in the title. We do not intend to create or make full use of cutting-edge AI technology, but rather to rejoice in the fact that we live in an era in which AI can enhance value.

『 AI 検索エンジン / AI Search Engine 』

AI は、50年以上前に製作された英語「2001年 宇宙の旅」で登場した様に、かなり以前から生まれた技術であり概念でした。ただ、近年の Chat GPT による生成AI ブームにより、日常生活の分野でも、使用する人が意識するかしないかは別として、多くの場面で利用されています。
その中で、「検索エンジン」でも Google を始めとして多くの会社で利用されていますが、今回紹介するのは 日本発の AI 検索エンジン・Felo （フェロー）です。 その Felo を使って、「オートバイの旋回力の原理」について質問をした結果、以下の通りの回答が生成されたので ご覧下さい。

AI is a technology and concept that has been around for quite some time, as seen in the English movie “2001: A Space Odyssey,” produced more than 50 years ago. However, with the recent boom of AI generated by Chat GPT, it is used in many aspects of daily life, whether people are aware of it or not.

Among them, search engines are used by many companies including Google, and we would like to introduce Felo, an AI search engine from Japan. Felo is an AI search engine developed in Japan, which was used to answer a question about the “principle of motorcycle turning force.

注目して欲しい所は 赤色 を入れた箇所です。 文中の 〇印 は、その回答文を作成する際に利用した資料・文献 を示し、右端の 赤色の帯で示したのは、この回答文全体で 参照した資料・文献を示していますが、赤色は 全て GRA で作製した記事です。
なお、重心の移動と荷重変化などの 回答文 は、物理的に矛盾している誤った一般的通説が参照されている点は気になりますが、逆に、一般的に流布している通説の確認を行ない、適切で正しい解説を行なっていく励みになります。

『 AI 時代に価値あるモノ / Valuable Objects in the AI Era 』

一般的に、生成AI によって文章や画像、映像まで思いのままに作れると言われています。そして、AI 技術を使いこなさないと、ビジネスや出版業界などを始めとして、生き残れないかの様に騒がれています。

実際、GRAの業務でも、上記の様な 検索・確認業務や、イメージ画像作成に活用しており、今後は 音楽や映像分野でも活用を始める予定で進めています。しかし、それらの技術を使うにつれて、AI 時代だからこそ、GRAの価値が高まる事に気付かされました。それは、例えば、AI では作れない 過去の詳細な活動実績です。「日付」や「イベント名」、「参加者リスト」に「車両名」、「タイム計測結果」に「画像」や「映像」などは、決して AI が生成する事は出来ない実際にあった事実です。だからこそ、AI が色々な事柄を現実に存在しているかの様に作り出す時代になればなる程に、それらの詳細な事実は貴重になるのです。 そういう意味でも、過去の情報を詳細に分かり易く公開して、その上で、いつまでも、楽しく、安全な オートバイライフ を生み出していく為に必要な情報や知識を、物理的に論理的に正しい解釈を添えて発信する事は大きな価値を生むと信じて、これからも発信活動を続けていきます。

Generally speaking, it is said that generative AI can create text, images, and even video as desired. It is also said that if you do not master AI technology, you will not be able to survive, especially in the business and publishing industries.

In fact, GRA has been using AI technology in its business operations for search and verification work and image creation, as mentioned above, and plans to start using AI technology in the fields of music and video in the future. However, as we use these technologies, we have realized that the value of GRA will increase because we live in the age of AI. For example, GRA can provide detailed information on past activities, which AI cannot do. Dates, event names, participant lists, vehicle names, time measurement results, images, videos, and so on are actual facts that cannot be generated by AI. That is why these detailed facts will become more and more valuable as we enter an age where AI creates various things as if they actually existed. In this sense, we will continue our activities to provide detailed and easy-to-understand information from the past, believing that it will be of great value to provide the information and knowledge necessary to create an enjoyable and safe motorcycle life forever, with physically and logically correct interpretations.

2024年度の評価と2025年度の活動方針 / from 2024 to 2025

2024年の評価 / Evaluation for 2024

2024年の活動は、良い実績を残せました。長年、活動の拠点を置いていた神戸から、遠く離れた赤穂へ移し、併せて、代表の体調回復の年となりましたが、2021年以降と比較しても、Webサイト中心の発信活動と路面清掃活動での社会貢献活動で想定以上の実績を残しました。更に、路面清掃活動によってクリニック開催が容易になり、同時にNPO法人として地域社会との関わりを大きくする事が出来た事も今後の活動に寄与できると信じています。

2024 was a good year for our activities. We moved from Kobe, where we had been based for many years, to the faraway city of Ako, and it was also a year in which our representative's health recovered, but we achieved better results than we had expected, even compared to 2021 and after. Furthermore, our road cleaning activities made it easier to hold clinics, and at the same time, we were able to increase our involvement with society as an NPO, which we believe will contribute to our future activities.

課題 / Challenges

一方、課題として残っているのは「支援」の意識と理解です。GRAは、設立以来、数多くの数えきれない貴重な「支援」に支えられて、そして数多くの人々を「支援」してきた団体です。この活動の基本になっている「支援」を改めて意識して、「支援」を必要とする人や、「支援」を共有できる人々と積極的に繋がる事によって、活動目標の達成へと前進できると考えています。

The challenge is awareness and understanding of "support." Since its establishment, GRA has been supported by countless precious "supports" and has "supported" many people. We believe that we can move forward to achieving our activity goals by being aware of "support," which is the basis of our activities, and by actively connecting with people who need "support" and people who can share "support."

2025年の活動方針（予定） / Activity Plan for 2025

2025年は、「支援」のメッセージを積極的に発信します。それによって、『オンライン Q&A』等のイベントで「支援」を提供できる機会が増え、その内容を記事で公開する事で更に多くの人々の「支援」になると考えています。そして、この活動に共感をする人と一緒に「支援」の活動の幅を広げたいと考えています。その人数が多くなくても、それはGRAにとっては大きな原動力になるからです。

In 2025, we will actively send out messages of "support." This will increase the opportunities to provide "support" at events such as "Online Q&A," and by publishing the contents of these events in articles, we will be able to "support" even more people. We would also like to expand the scope of our activities together with people who sympathize with GRA's activities. Even if the number of people is not large, it will be a great driving force for GRA.

この「やりたい事は、やりたい人が、やればよい」のテーマは全ての人が対象です。従って、私・小林も同様ですから、私は、2025年は、オートバイの整備やライディング、セッティングについて、物理学や材料学などを基本に、より正確で詳細で分かりやすい記事を作成していきたいと考えていますので、関心のある方はご期待ください。

This theme of "You can do what you want to do" is aimed at everyone. Therefore, as I, Kobayashi, am the same, I would like to write more accurate, detailed and easy-to-understand articles on motorcycle maintenance, riding and settings based on physics and materials science. If you are interested, please look forward to it.

2025年の活動方針＜案＞が決まりました。 と言っても、それは私たちにとっては、発足時から変わらない「活動テーマ」です。

The draft action plan for 2025 has been decided. This is the theme of our activities that has not changed since its inception.

そんな【 支援 】を行なっている者の集まりがGRAであり、【 支援 】を必要とする人たちに知ってもらい、必要な支援を届ける為の活動を前進させていきたいと考えています。この想いを基本として、具体的な活動などについて、後日、みなさんからの意見や提案を寄せていただく機会を設けたいと考えておりますので、関心のある方は、是非、お寄せください。

GRA is a group of people who are providing such support, and we would like to make it known to those who need it and move forward with activities to deliver the necessary support. Based on this idea, we would like to provide an opportunity for you to send us your opinions and suggestions on specific activities at a later date, so if you are interested, please send us your information.

正式な活動方針は、3月9日に開催する GRAミーティングでの協議の上で決まります。
