桜咲く日の収受印 / Cherry Blossom Day Receipt Stamp

3月31日、五分咲きの桜の日に、年に一度の、NPO法人の事業報告書類の提出の為に県庁へ行ってきました。

On March 31, the day when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, I went to the prefectural office to submit the annual business report for the NPO.

毎年、書類作成を行なうこの時期は、ナーバスになる気持ちを抑える為、逆に、気合いを込めている時期ですが、今年はすんなりと書類作成を終えられました。きっと、体調が少し回復しているからでしょう。

During this time of year, when I prepare the submission documents, I usually feel nervous, so I try to channel that energy into my work. However, this year, I was able to complete the document preparation smoothly. I believe it's because my health has improved a bit.

一年振りにお会いする県庁の担当者の方から、「では、これを受領書代わりに」と言われて、初めて “収受印” を捺した書類を返してもらいました。 来年は、どんな会話になるか楽しみです。

After a year, I met with the person in charge at the prefectural office, who said, "Here, take this as a receipt," and for the first time, I received a document stamped with the "receipt seal." I'm looking forward to what kind of conversation we will have next year.

そろそろ、春、再開します / Spring is coming, so let's start again

今日、市役所へ買い物（？）に行った際、お店の女性と冗談んを言い合っていると、熱い人と再会しました。以前、ゴミ拾いしていた時、車を停めて、手伝ってくれた市会議員さんです。

Today, when I went shopping at the city hall, I was joking with a woman at the store, and I met a passionate person again. He was a city council member who had stopped his car and helped me when I was picking up trash.



すると、彼は開口一番「あの交通公園を使った安全運転講習を、〇〇小学校と△△小学校に提案しますよ」と言い始めたのです。 元気の良い彼はさらに続けました。「頭の上にマークをつけて、児童が車の運転手役をしたり、・・・・」と一気に話しくれたのです。

彼には、「去年一年間、交通公園の路面清掃を行なって、広い道路は全て安全になったので、ぜひ、市民の役に立つようにして下さい」と伝えていたのですが、彼の熱気を見たら動かざるを得ません。寒さを口実に中止していた路面清掃を再開します。 先ずは、1月に行なった箇所の続き、外周路へと深く侵入してきた、分厚い土砂溜まりと芝や草たちの除去です。 ここが、この公園の清掃で一番の手間と時間が掛かる箇所です。

Then, he started by saying, "I'm going to propose to hold a safe driving course at that traffic park for XX elementary school and △△ elementary school." He continued with great energy. "Children could wear marks on their heads and act as drivers, etc." He talked in one go.

I told him, "We cleaned the road surface of the traffic park for a year last year, and all the wide roads are now safe, so please make it useful for the citizens," but seeing his enthusiasm, I had no choice but to act. I will resume the road cleaning that I had stopped using the cold weather as an excuse. First, I will continue from the area I cleaned in January, and remove the thick piles of dirt and grass that had invaded deep into the outer road. This is the most time-consuming and labor-intensive part of cleaning the park.

本日（3月9日）開催の『 GRAミーティング 』は無事に終了しました！

会場参加と委任状参加を合わせて 8名で、活動報告や 2025活動方針、そして ミーティングに寄せられた「意見」や「提案」を検討して、とても有意義な意見があり、思わず、予定時間を遥かに超えた程に、色々な夢に湧いたミーティングでした。

The GRA Meeting held today (March 9) has successfully concluded!

With a total of 8 participants, including those attending in person and by proxy, we discussed activity reports, the 2025 activity policy, and the "opinions" and "proposals" submitted for the meeting. It was a very meaningful discussion, filled with various dreams, and we ended up exceeding the scheduled time.

ミーティングに寄せられた「意見」や検討結果など、後日、詳細を報告しますので、どうぞご期待下さい。

We will report the details of the "opinions" and the results of our discussions at a later date, so please look forward to it.

ジムカーナグランプリ 1999 北海道GP / Gymkhana Grand Prix 1999 Hokkaido GP

日本で初めて、ジムカーナで全国を転戦するシリーズ戦を始めた GRA が、1999年、北海道を初めてシリーズ戦に加えて『北海道GP』を開催し、その日の詳しい資料を画像付きで公開していますので、ぜひ、ご覧下さい。

In 1999, GRA, which started the first nationwide series in Japan for gymkhana, held the "Hokkaido GP" for the first time in Hokkaido as part of the series, and detailed materials from that day are available with images, so please take a look.



『 ジムカーナ グランプリ・北海道GP / Gymkhana Grand Prix Hokkaido GP 』

1995年から、全国各地を転戦して、年間の獲得ポイントの合計によりチャンピオンが決まるシリーズ戦で、観光も兼ねて参加する人も多く、ジムカーナを楽しむ各地のライダー同士の交流の場として一年ごとに開催地が増えて、1999年に、札幌市の中央バス自動車学校さんのご協力を得て、初めて北海道（札幌市）で開催しました。

当時の北海道は、現在と較べて、ジムカーナ熱は高くなかったのですが、この「北海道GP」に参加した 49名の内、青森県や埼玉県、千葉県を始めとして、愛知県や京都府、大阪府、そして遠くは広島県などから、15名ものグランプリを転戦している人達が海を渡って参加して、見ていて心熱くなる走りと明るく楽しいイベントになりました。

Since 1995, this series has been held across the country, with the champion determined by the total points earned throughout the year. Many participants also enjoy sightseeing, and the event has grown each year as a place for riders from various regions to interact and enjoy gymkhana. In 1999, with the cooperation of the Chuo Bus Driving School in Sapporo, it was held for the first time in Hokkaido (Sapporo).

At that time, the enthusiasm for gymkhana in Hokkaido was not as high as it is now, but among the 49 participants in the "Hokkaido GP," 15 came from Honshu across the sea, making it a heartwarming and enjoyable event to watch.

第3回 交通公園利用促進活動 / 3rd Traffic Park Usage Promotion Activities

本日（3/4）、赤穂市『交通公園』の利用促進する第3回目の案内活動で、赤穂市郵便局の局長さんと面談を行ない、この活動が報われた想いを強く抱きました。

Today (March 4th), as part of the third information activity to promote use of Ako City's Traffic Park, I met with the director of Ako City Post Office and felt a strong sense that my efforts had paid off.

前回（2/14）訪問した際にはご不在でお会い出来なかったので、自宅近所にある郵便局長さんの計らいで、事前にアポイントメントを取得しての訪問でしたが、結果、とても良い面談になりました。

局長さんは、前回の訪問でお預けした資料と名刺に事前に目を通して下さり、GRAの活動状況を把握されていた程に聡明な方で、職員の方の交通安全・事故防止にも強い関心を持っている事をおっしゃって下さいました。ただ、4月1日付けでの異動が決まっているとの事で、「次に赴任される者へ伝えます」という旨を言って下さいました。

帰り道、仲介して下さった郵便局を訪問して、局長さんへお礼と報告をお伝えして、4月以降、改めて ご紹介戴く様にお願いをしてきました。 これで、郵便の集配でバイクを使う局員の方々の安全に役立つ日が来る事を強く期待できます。

I was unable to meet him on my last visit (2/14) because he was not there, so I made an appointment with the postmaster near my house, and it turned out to be a very good interview.

The postmaster looked over the documents and business card I left with him on my last visit, and was so intelligent that he was aware of GRA's activities, and told me that he also has a strong interest in traffic safety and accident prevention for employees. However, he said that he will be transferred on April 1st, and that he will pass this on to the next person to be assigned.

On my way home, I visited the post office that had mediated my transfer, and thanked and reported to the postmaster, and asked him to introduce me again after April. I strongly hope that this will help improve the safety of postmasters who use motorcycles to collect and deliver mail.

We are currently producing an article titled "GRA is a Mass of Support" that introduces the relationship between GRA and support. This introductory article will be published in several parts, and the opening words are presented below.

 
「 GRAは、誕生した時から、数多くの人々から数えきれない“支援” を受け続けています。そして、その貴重な “支援” を守り継承していくために、“支援” の心を共有する人々と、これからも支援活動を続けていきます。」
