整備イベント『チェーンの測定と撮影』/ Maintenance Event "Chain Measurement and Photography"

『チェーンとスプロケットの交換』の “撮影イベント” 開催に備えて、チェーンの「ジョイント」の撮影と測定を行ないました。
In preparation for the "Chain and Sprocket Replacement" photography event, we photographed and measured the chain's "joints."

ご存知の通り、チェーンには “サイズ” と “シールの有無”、“ジョイント方法” などで幾つかの仕様がありますが、その プレートの厚さや リンクの重さなど、詳細な事は意外と知られていません。そこで、今回は 10種類の「ジョイント」を測定して一覧表にまとめてみました。撮影した画像と一覧表を合わせて、チェーンについて役に立つ解説記事の作成を行ないます。 是非、ご期待下さい。

As you know, chains have several specifications, such as "size," "presence or absence of seals," and "joint method," but details such as the plate thickness and link weight are surprisingly not well known. Therefore, this time we measured 10 different types of "joints" and compiled them into a list. We will use the photographed images and the list to create a helpful explanatory article about chains. Please look forward to it!
