セーフティ ライディング フェスティバル イン 兵庫 1990 / Safety Riding Festival in Hyogo 1990

 
1990年 8月26日、オートバイライダーの運転技術と交通安全意識を高めるために、兵庫県と総務省が共同で、セーフティ ライディング フェスティバル イン 兵庫 を開催して、トライアルや ジムカーナ競技などを行なった際の映像です。こうしたイベントを開催する事は意義のある事ですが、自治体と政府としての開催実績を残すだけではなく、販売店や二輪インストラクター等を巻き込んで、ライダーへの直接的な指導機会となる事が望まれます。

This video shows the Safety Riding Festival in Hyogo, held jointly by Hyogo Prefecture and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications on August 26, 1990, to improve motorcycle riders' driving skills and road safety awareness. It featured trials and gymkhana competitions. While hosting such an event is significant, it is also important that it not only serves as a record for the local government and the national government, but also provides an opportunity for direct instruction for riders, involving dealers and motorcycle instructors.



このイベントは、1990年以来、毎年1回開催されましたが、1995年1月に起きた阪神淡路大地震の影響もあり、1995年以降は開催されていません。

It was held annually since 1990, but has not been held since then due to the effects of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in January 1995.
