僕の寝室の隣から巣立ったコシアカツバメのヒナたちは、日中は、親鳥たちと一緒に過ごして、飛び方や餌の取り方を学びますが、夕方になると、生まれた巣に戻って夜を過ごします。だから、真夜中に彼らの「寝言（ねごと）」が聞こえてきます。
