「百歳体操」買いました！ / I bought "100 year-old exercises"!

今度、一日帰省する予定なので、兄の為に「百歳体操」DVDを買いました。兄嫁が亡くなってから、家の中で過ごす事が多くなった兄は、大病後の体力回復も足りないので、先日、「一緒に百歳体操をしよう！！」と約束をしたのです。

The next time I go home, I'm planning to give my brother the "100-Year-Old Exercises" DVD. Since my brother's wife passed away, my brother has been spending more time at home and has not been able to recover from his serious illness.

僕も、4週間前、殆どが 80歳以上の近所の人達を集めて「日曜カフェ」を開催している知り合いの人に誘われて、そこで皆さんが元気に「百歳体操」に取り組んでいる風景を見て、そして一緒に体操をしてみて、「これだ！」と思いついたのです。手首や足首につけるウエイトも買って、兄へのプレゼントです。でも、押し付けは嫌なので、「僕が帰省した時だけ、一緒にやろう！」と言うつもりです。

I also went to the "Sunday Cafe," which brings together people from the neighborhood, most of whom are over 80 years old, and saw everyone there energetically doing the "100-Year-Old Exercises." I then tried doing the exercises with them, and it hit me: "This is it!" But I don't want to force it on others, so I'm planning to tell them, "Let's do it together only when I go home!"
