秋が始まっていますね / Autumn has already begun, hasn't it?

立秋（8月7日）が過ぎて、今年もようやく秋の気配が感じられるようになりました。
日中の気温に大きな変化はありませんが、夜明け時の大気は涼しさへと変わりました。
そして、赤トンボを見掛ける事も多くなり、早朝の草原は秋の虫たちのコーラスで溢れています。

お蔭様で、昨年よりも体調を崩す日が少なくなり、前へと進む量も増えています。
みなさんも、どうぞ、元気に秋を迎えてください。

With the beginning of autumn (August 7th) having passed, we are finally able to feel the signs of autumn again this year. There has been no major change in daytime temperatures, but the air has become cooler at dawn. Sightings of red dragonflies have also become more common, and the early morning grasslands are filled with the chorus of autumn insects.

Thanks to this, we have fewer days when we get sick than last year, and we are making more progress.
